Why doesn't a call start when I click on the service Call Me button ?

1. Check that the service is actually available and that the Call Me button is green and can be clicked on.

2. Check that you have a compatible version of the WengoPhone : WengoPhone 2.0 RC3 and above are compatible with Call Me buttons and can be downloaded from the Wengophone website : www.wengophone.com/download. Check that WengoPhone is on and properly connected with your Wengo identifiers.

3. Make sure that no firewall is blocking the communication between the Call Me button and the WengoPhone running on your computer.

If all this is OK and the call still does not start, please contact the Wengo councelors on the support forum.

I use an other VoIP software than the WengoPhone, can I call a service from its Call Me button ?

The Call Me button only works with the WengoPhone 2.0 RC3 and later versions so far.

If you do not use the WengoPhone or its latest versions, just enter the following sip address in the dialbar of your softphone :

                       nickname of the service@wdeal.com 

For example if the service nickname is wengomaniacs, enter wengomaniacs@wdeal.com
