This user guide intends to help you create your own service.

Where can you create your service ?

To create a service, you need to have a Wengo account. If you do not already have a Wengo account, you can quickly and easily create one. Go to www.wengo.com, click on the subscription button and follow the steps.

Before you create your service

Before you create your service on http://www.wengo.com, make sure you have the following information at your hand :

• your International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and SWIFT/BIC number
• if you are a professional, your EU VAT number. Warning : if your company is not established in the European Union, you can only create a service as an individual.
• if you have a web site or a blog, check that you can insert a call button in Flash

Once ready, you will be guided by our web site to create your service, describe it and choose your tariffs in one minute through the following forms :

• address form
• IBAN form to get the money you will earn transferred to your account
• description and name of your service form
• tariffs form

Your Call Me button

At the end of your service creation, you will be proposed to create your own Call Me button to paste on your web site or blog. This button step is not mandatory, you will have the possibility to create your button at any time from your online selfcare.

You can get a button in Flash format :

• Choose your button's type
• Choose the colour of your Call Me button (not available for all types)
• Choose the language of your button : Warning ! this step is very important : the language of your button will determine the language of the web page guiding your potential customers to a client account creation, if they click on your button when they do not have a Wengo account yet.
• Copy the html code of your button
• Paste it in your web site or blog.
