Where can I create a service?
You can create your service online on the http://www.wengo.com website.
We will guide you to create your service, its description and tariffs in one minute through the following steps :

Do I have to have a Wengo account to create a service ?
Yes, having a Wengo account is mandatory for any service creation. It is actually thanks to the WengoPhone that you will be able to have audio or video calls with your customers !
Creating a Wengo account is simple, fast and free :
- download the WengoPhone software,
- start it
- click on the link "You don't have a Wengo account"
- fill in a nickname, a password and your email address in a short online form
How can I choose a name for my service ?
You have to choose two names for your service :
- its title : the service's title is its commercial name. It will be shown to your customers on your service advertising (services directory, Call Me button...)
You can unleach your creativity for making up a service's title of 50 characters.
- its nickname : the service's nickname is its technical name that your customer will call through your Call Me button or by entering your service's SIP address in their softphone.
- a service's nickname cannot been changed once it has been saved
- it cannot contain any space nor symbols or capital letters. On the other hand, the following characters can be used in your service's nickname : .-_
- it shall contain 4 characters minimum and 14 characters maximum
- it cannot contain numbers only
How can I choose the tariffs of my service ?
There are two kinds of tariffs available for your service (one of them must be different from zero) :
- a set up fee per call of 15€ maximum
- a per minute fee of maximum 5€
Please keep in mind the following rules :
- a call of less than 20 seconds is not charged to your custmer (which does not mean that the 20 first seconds of a call are free : from the 21st second on the first 20 seconds are charged as well as the set up fee if there is any)
- the per minute tariff is charged per 20 seconds periods, ie 21 seconds are charged like 40 seconds, 40 seconds like 40 and 41 seconds like 60.
- a minimum fee of 0,50€ per call of more than 20 seconds is charged

Why am I asked to choose a confidential code when creating my service ?
This confidential code will enable you to connect your service to Wengo and disconnect it. It is your key to manage the availability of your service.
What kind of service can I create ?
You can create audio services or video services in various categories. Be creative !
To make sure that your service is not conflicting with legislation and regulations , please check the Prohibited Services document, an Ancillary policy to the Internal Rules.
What can I do if the category of my service is not in the proposed list ?
If the category of your service is not proposed in the dropdown box, choose the closest category or the "other" category to create your service and come let us know about the missing category on the forum.
How can my customers find my service ?
Your customers will find your service :
- on your web site or blog if you have inserted your Call Me button
- in the directory of the services on the web site
To increase the number of calls you will receive, advertise your service : add your service's nickname to your business cards and leaflets, send mailings or emailings...
Why can't the non-European companies subscribe as companies ?
At the end of a transaction, Wengo charges your customer, edits the invoice and makes it available for you so that you can send it to your customer.
When we make up an invoice for you, we cross several data to apply the right VAT rate. We decided for the beta version not to deal with the VAT calculation for non-European companies.
But you can still subscribe as an individual, wherever you are from.
