What payment methods can I use ?
All Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted.
To make things simple, upon your client account creation, we offer you to use the credit cards already saved on your Wengo personal area if you already are a Wengo user.
How do I pay for the services I purchase ?
By dialing your confidential code before the beginning of a call you accept the tariffs of the service you are calling.
As soon as you hang up we calculate the duration of the call and its cost. We then take the payment from your default credit card and inform you by e-mail. A credit card receipt is available in your online selfcare straight after the transaction.
Your payment is put on the Wengo trustee account before being tranferred to the service provider.
Wengo is the trusted third party for your transaction.
How can I get an invoice for the service I bought ?
At the end of your call, we automatically edit the invoice for the service provider. It is then up to him to send this invoice to you, he just has to click on the "send invoice" link from within his online selfcare.
If the service provider does not send you his invoice, you can ask him to do so, using the webmail available from the call details page in your online selfcare.
Don't forget that evaluations and comments are a good way of letting other users know about service providers' professionalism.
How can I be refounded of a service that I am unsatisfied with ?
If you are not satisfied with a service, it is up to you to contact the service provider, using the webmail available from the call details page in your online selfcare.
