Can I create several services ?
You can create as many services as you want with a same Wengo account.
You can also register several services to the Wengo platform at the same time. If you are busy selling one of your services when a customer calls you for an other of your services, he will wait in queue.
Can I change the tariffs of a service ?
Yes you can modify the tariffs of your service from your online selfcare anytime you like.
The new tariffs will be applicable for the next call and your Call Me button and the billing system are updated.
How can I change my confidential code ?
You can change your confidential code very easily from your online selfcare. You just have to click on the "Manage your services" link and on the "Modify" link next to the confidential code of the service you wish to change.
Can I forward my customers' calls to my mobile or a landline phone number ?
Yes, you can forward your calls by setting a call forward from within your personal area(My Wengo tab).
Wherever you are you can then take your customers' calls.
Call forward will be billed based on Wengo's current price list.
Warning : the call forward feature is not available as long as your service can be called for free (introductory offer).
How is a call forward billed?
Call forward is billed by the second on the Wengo's current prices basis.
Wengo's price list can be viewed on the Wengo Phone web site: http://www.wengophone.com/index.php/aboutcallout.
You are also informed of price per minute of the forward, upon setting of the call forward.
At the end of a call, you can view the total cost of the forward within your personal area on the call details page.
The call forward cost is deducted of your earnings, as well as the Wengo management fees.
A call of less than 20 seconds not being invoiced to your customers, Wengo currently offers you the forward cost for calls of less than 20 seconds.
You get an invoice with the list of all your call transfers costs when we transfer your earnings to your bank account.
