With Wengo benefit very easily from the expertise of a large choice of advisors.

Choose an advisor
Start by choosing an advisor within the Wengo directory, either directly in the categories list displayed on the home page or after a click on the "buy" tab by using filters.
Once you've chosen your advisor, click on the call button and let us guide you.
Create your buyer account
If you do not have any Wengo account yet, click on the "No Wengo account ?" link at the bottom of the authentification window that has just opened.
Fill in the displayed form.
Choose your nickname with care as you will not be able to modify it and as it will be the identifier presented to the advisors when you call them.
Enter a valid e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to it which will enable you to activate your account.
Read the Terms and Conditions of Use and Internal Rules and accept them before validating the form.
- If you are calling a free service, only this account creation will be requested
- If you are calling a charging service, you will also be requested to enter your credit card information.
Make your first calls
Once your account is ready, another call button is displayed. You just have to click on it to be connected to the advisor you've chosen.
Start a call
A web communication page called WengoDesk opens. At the top of this page the status of the call is displayed.
The advisor is prompted of your call and views your buyer nickname. If the advisor has a webcam a video is displayed in the audio/video window.
Important !
You are not charged until your conversation with the service provider starts.
During the call
You can use the collaborative tools offered by WengoDesk during the call : tchat, notepad.
You can also maximize the audio/video window to full screen size.
In the column at the right side of WengoDesk you can put the windows as you wish.
End a call
To end a call, simply click on the red hang up button in the audio/video window or at the right top corner of your WengoDesk.
The following actions are then proposed to you :
Make other calls
With WengoDesk
Simply click on the call button of the service of your choice. If your Wengo account is complete and up-to-date you will be immediatly directed to a call confirmation page and then to the conversation page, WengoDesk.
If your account is not complete, for example, if are making your first call to a charging service, you will be prompted to enter your credit card information before actually starting the call to the advisor.
With WengoPhone
Starting a call
If you know the nickname of the service you wish to call and if you are a WengoPhone user, you can also call a service with your WengoPhone. To make a call :
- start your WengoPhone and log it with your Wengo account id (your email id and password)
- once your WengoPhone is properly logged, enter the sip address of the service you wish to call in the dial bar at the bottom of your WengoPhone :
sip:"nickname of the service@wdeal.com
For example, if the nickname of the service is wengomaniacs, enter : sip:wengomaniacs@wdeal.com
Or click on the service button in the services directory, or from its web site.
You will be prompted to dial your confidential code to accept the tariffs of the service you are calling. Enter it with your mouse on your WengoPhone’s dialpad. If the code is valid, you will be asked to wait while the state of your account is checked and then to wait while your call is put through to the service provider.
If the service provider is busy, you will be informed of your position in the waiting queue.
Important !
You are not charged until your conversation with the service provider starts.
Nota : please read the WengoPhone user guide or WengoPhone Quick User Guide if you are using the WengoPhone for the first time.
Getting in touch
The service provider is informed of your call. He can see the default nickname you selected in your online selfcare, as well as your rating.
Important !
If during a conversation with a service provider, you take a second call, the first call with the service provider will keep on being charged to you.
Ending a call
To end a communication, you just need to hang up by clicking on the red hang up button of your WengoPhone.
After a call
The details of your call are almost immediately available in your online personal area (My Wengo tab).
After each call, you receive an email informing you of the duration of the call and the amount that was charged on your default credit card.
You are invited to rate your service provider from your selfcare.
