Rating

How is my rating calculated ?

The calculation rules for your rating are the following :

  • a positive evaluation gives you 1 point and is symbolised by Image:v_small.png
  • a negative evaluation gives you -1 point and is symbolised by Image:r_small.png
  • a neutral evaluation gives you 0 point and is symbolised by Image:g_small.png

An average score is calculated for all the evaluations given by a same buyer or seller to a same seller or buyer.

The global rating of a client or a service provider is symbolised by a green, grey or red star :

  • if the sum of your evaluations is below 0, your rating is symbolised by a red star
  • if the sum of your evaluations is between 0 and 2 : your rating is symbolised by a grey star
  • if the sum of your evaluations is between 3 and 15 : your rating is symbolised by a green star
  • if the sum of your evaluations is between 15 and 30 : your rating is symbolised by two green stars
  • if the sum of your evaluations is between 30 and 50 : your rating is symbolised by three green stars
  • if the sum of your evaluations is between 50 and 100 : your rating is symbolised by four green stars
  • if the sum of your evaluations is above 100 : your rating is symbolised by five green stars

For example, if you have evaluated :

  • +1 by customer 1
  • +1 by customer 2
  • +1 by customer 3
  • 4 times by customer 4 : +1 / +1 / 0 / -1 : the average of these notes is taken into account: +1
  • -1 by customer 5

Your score is 3, your rating is symbolised by one green star.

Why am I requested to evaluate the other party ?

The evaluation you give at the end of a call is a good means to :

  • let people know about what you thought of a service
  • let other services providers know about a customer
