Requesting an appointment with an advisor

When you pick a service from the Wengo directory, it can be :

  • available right away without any appointment : its call button displays the following message : "Call me". When you click on the button, you are directly put through to the advisor.
  • available with an appointment : its call button displays the following message : "Contact me". When you click on the button, a meeting request form is displayed for you to fill in.


In the case the advisor is currently available, you can decide not to call him/her straight away but to make an appointment with him/her.

Click on the "Request for a meeting" link that you can find at the right bottom of the service page.


A meeting request form is then displayed :

  • select the date and time that suit you
  • write a short message : explain what you want to discuss about, for example


  • If you are already authentified on the Wengo web site, your request is immediately sent by email to the advisor, who is also notified in his/her "My Wengo" space.
  • If you are not authentified on the web site, you are prompted to enter your Wengo identifiers so that your request can be sent.
  • If you do not have any Wengo account yet, you will have to create one before sending your request.


Once your request sent, you are automatically redirected to your "My Wengo" space where your request is displayed in the appointments management page.

The advisor can accept or refuse your request for appointment. You are informed by email and within the notices of your "My Wengo" space's home page. In case of a refusal, you get an explanation from the advisor who may propose another date for which you can make a new request.


  • An appointment that has not been accepted (or refused) is not planned, you can modify it from your "My Wengo" space. The advisor is informed of any change.
  • An accepted appointment is planned. In case you cannot attend the meeting, you can cancel it. You will be prompted to add a message to explain your cancellation to the advisor.

The advisor will be immediately informed of your cancellation.


At the time of the appointment, you just have to click :

  • either on the link within the meeting acceptation email you have received

  • or on the "start" link within the meeting management page in your "My Wengo" spaceou

You are then put through to the advisor on a web page that opens.
